The hanging scroll ‘Oimatsu Sen-nen no Iro’ by Zabosai Grand Master was set on the alcove. Korin shachu showed ‘Nagaita sokazari usucha’ temae for Tatezome. The auspicious combination of the utensils including ‘Senmennagashi Kikochi’ kaigu; ‘Ohgimakie Ohnatsume’ tea container; ‘Suehiro’ chashaku; and ‘Shorai (sounds of wind blowing through pine trees)’ tea bowl were used for the celebration of the new year.
