On February, 10, 2018, a Chado demonstration was held at Asahi Gakuen Orange Campus in Garden Grove, CA. This is our second demonstration for Asahi Gakuen, following the last year’s demonstration held at the Santa Monica campus for the 4th graders in February, 2017.
This time, the high school students received a lecture on chado explaining its history and the spirit, watched the misonodana demonstration, and participated in the tea making workshop.
Everyone including the teachers and the parents enjoyed the cultural experience.
